What is a cookie?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. “Strictly necessary” cookies are essential for the core functions of the website (e.g., secure session management) and generally do not require explicit consent under applicable legislation. Other categories, such as advertising and analytics cookies, are used solely based on the terms described in the “Choice and control” section below.

Strictly Necessary
  • payload-token: Secures the customer portal / management session (only active when logged in). Duration: 2 hours.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: Bot protection/security verification exclusively on the contact form page. Duration: Short-term session.
  • cookie-notice-ack-v1: Not a cookie, but a browser local storage entry; it records that you acknowledged the cookie banner and accepted advertising and analytics cookies. It remains on your device and is not transmitted to us.
Advertising and Conversion Measurement

We advertise via Google Ads. Where permitted (see “Choice and control”), the Google tag utilizes the following:

  • _gcl_au and related _gcl_* cookies: Set by Google on our own domain; measures whether a visit originating from our ads results in an inquiry. Duration: up to 90 days.
  • IDE and test_cookie: Set by Google on the doubleclick.net domain for remarketing and advertising measurement. Duration: test_cookie lasts a few minutes; IDE lasts up to 13 months (400 days in the EEA).

To measure which actions our advertisements generate, the following events are reported to Google Ads:

  • Contact form submission,
  • RFQ form submission on product pages,
  • Machine selector result form submission,
  • Clicks on the WhatsApp button, phone number, or email address.

These notifications only convey that the action took place. Name, email, phone number, and message content entered into forms are never sent to Google. When clicking the WhatsApp button, you are redirected to WhatsApp; subsequent data processing is subject to WhatsApp's (Meta) privacy policy.

Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 with the measurement ID G-GYET5YD9Y6. Its purpose is to generate aggregated statistics such as visitor counts, pages viewed, and traffic sources. It is not used to identify or profile individual visitors.

  • _ga: A random identifier distinguishing returning visitors across sessions. Duration: approximately 13 months.
  • _ga_GYET5YD9Y6: Maintains session state. Duration: approximately 13 months.

Both cookies are set on our own domain. Google states that IP addresses are not logged or stored in Analytics 4; location data is derived only at the country/region level.

No other analytics or tracking tools are used on the website — there is no Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar service. Web fonts are hosted directly from our own servers (no third-party font services are used).

Choice and Control

This website implements Google Consent Mode. Consent Mode manages four signals simultaneously: ad storage, ad user data, ad personalization, and analytics storage.

  • In the EEA (European Economic Area), the UK, and Switzerland, all four signals start in a denied state by default. The Google tag does not place any advertising or analytics cookies until you accept the cookie banner; it may send an anonymous, cookieless signal allowing us to count ad conversions without identifying you.
  • In other countries, including Turkey, advertising and analytics cookies are deployed upon your initial visit; you can opt out via your browser settings.

Accepting the cookie banner applies to both advertising and analytics cookies. To revoke your consent, clear your browsing data for this site; this deletes the cookie-notice-ack-v1 record, causing the banner to reappear on your next visit and restoring the denied default state. You can also block or delete cookies entirely through your browser settings; however, certain website features, such as portal login, may not function properly.

Additionally, you can opt out of personalized Google ads at myadcenter.google.com and completely disable Google Analytics tracking via the browser add-on available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
