Data Subject Request (KVKK / GDPR / CCPA)

You can exercise your rights over your personal data using the method on this page. We respond free of charge within 30 days (KVKK Art. 13; GDPR generally one month), exceptions reserved.

Rights you can exercise

• Access your data and request a copy,
• Rectification of incomplete/incorrect data,
• Erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• Object to or restrict processing,
• Portability (GDPR),
• Withdraw consent.
• US/California residents: we do not sell or share your personal information, so no "opt-out of sale" action is required.

How to submit a request

1. Prepare: your full name, the e-mail/phone associated with your request, the right you wish to exercise, and a description of your request. We may ask you to verify your identity.
2. Send your request by:

• or via the contact form choosing the "Data request" topic.

After verifying your request we reply through the same channel. If we decline, we explain why; you retain the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority (Turkey's KVKK Board or your EU data protection authority).
