The site is provided to present information about our products and services and to receive quote and contact requests. You may use the content only for lawful purposes and must not take any action that impairs the security or operation of the system.

All content, trademarks, logos, images, text and software on the site belong to SERMATEK MAKİNA SAN. VE DIŞ TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. or its licensors and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
3. Customer portal and accounts
- Portal accounts are provided to authorised customers only. You are responsible for the security of your account and password; do not share your password.
- A primary account holder may create sub-users for their company and is responsible for their access.
- Documents, videos, warranty and service records in the portal are for the relevant customer's use only and may not be shared with third parties.
- We reserve the right to suspend or close an account in case of misuse.
4. Quotes and non-binding nature
Information on the site and communications via the quote form are for information only and do not constitute a binding sales contract. Binding terms and prices are set by the formal quotations sent to you separately.
5. Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the site.

Processing of your personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Data Protection Notice.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of IZMIR/TÜRKİYE have jurisdiction over disputes.
