Laserator® 3D Laser Galvo Scan Head

Designed to support three-dimensional (3D) metal laser processing operations, this model is engineered to operate with high precision in the 530 nm to 1064 nm wavelength range. Featuring a full-aluminum housing to ensure superior thermal conductivity and cooling performance, the Laserator 3D laser scan head fully supports 3D laser marking, 3D laser engraving, 3D laser printing, and 3D laser welding applications.

The compact architecture of the Laserator 3D laser scan head allows SERMATEK and its OEM integrators to develop significantly more minimalist and space-saving 3D laser systems compared to bulky scanning setups. This high-tech compact optical scanner is supplied integrated with feature-rich 3D laser software and a dedicated 3D control board. Thanks to F-Theta lens options with various focal lengths, our 3D laser scanner offers expansive working fields tailored to diverse process requirements.

In many industrial 3D laser applications, laser machine builders, system integrators, and application specialists utilize auxiliary equipment such as external cameras and LED lighting for process monitoring. To allow effortless integration of these optional accessories, our engineers have incorporated two chrome mounting rods positioned on either side of the F-Theta lens directly onto the housing.
