The Dotpeenator™ CO15 Desktop Dot Peen Marking Machine is a superior model of the computer-controlled (Windows PC) CO9, designed for industrial facilities requiring a larger working area. Its enlarged 205mm x 105mm marking window provides excellent solutions for permanently marking large-surface parts such as machine labels, identification plates, hydraulic valves, and control panels.
The machine's robust work table is made of high-quality Aluminum Sigma Profile, allowing for easy mounting of fixtures and support brackets. In the standard model, Z-axis adjustment according to part height is performed with a precise manual handwheel. For operational ease, the "Air On," "Start," and "Stop" control buttons are integrated directly onto the marking head. With the powerful and flexible DP6 control board, the Dotpeenator software has the infrastructure to additionally manage an external axis and air valve.

Optional Features:
Depending on production line needs, a programmable automatic Z-axis, 80mm, 100mm or 125mm pneumatic or manual chuck indexing head for cylindrical and circular parts, automatic label feeding robot or extra X/Y axis integration can be added. In addition, the system can be transformed into a complete automatic label marking station by adding an external remote control box, foot pedal and special metal label clamps.
