The Dotpeenator™ PR54 Lightweight and Confined Space Portable Dot Peen Marking Machine has been specifically developed to provide flawless traceability even in the most inaccessible locations, thanks to its compact size and lightweight construction.
Featuring one of the lightest and most compact body architectures in its class, the PR54 minimizes physical fatigue experienced by the operator during long shifts and working at challenging angles. With its optimized 50x40 mm (or similarly confined space) compact marking window and ergonomic design for one-handed grip, the device can be effortlessly secured to the tightest compartments, small flange surfaces, or the interiors of valve bodies. The powerful pneumatic carbide needle mechanism generates impact energy that, despite its minimal size, leaves permanent marks on the metal surface. Thanks to these deep micro-impacts, the markings are flawlessly readable by part tracking cameras (OCR), even after demanding industrial processes such as heavy painting, sandblasting, oiling, or rusting.
The device's internal components and linear guides are fully protected by stainless steel dust covers to prevent contamination from metal shavings, oil, and dust in dusty foundry and machining environments. This ensures uninterrupted, cost-effective, and long-lasting 24/7 operation, even in the most aggressive subcontracting environments.
