The Dotpeenator™ DT144 Desktop Dot Peen Marking Machine is a CNC-based machine tool specifically designed for small workspaces, featuring the most compact marking head in the series. With a marking area of ​​144mm x 40mm, an aluminum frame construction, and high body strength, it offers an excellent solution for smooth, precise, and deep marking processes, even in the most demanding industrial environments.

The high-precision micro-linear guide rails used in the machine's movement mechanism provide superior resistance to the impact forces applied by heavy-duty pin cartridge sets. Flawless axis control is ensured by special optical limit sensors used on the X and Y axes, which have an extremely low failure rate compared to mechanical or proximity sensors. Furthermore, stainless steel dust protection covers protect the axis system from external factors, keeping the machine's internal components clean and allowing for years of stable, maintenance-free operation.
