Dotpeenator™ PR146 Portable/Handheld Dot Peen Marking Machine

The Dotpeenator™ PR146 is an all-aluminum handheld dot peen marking machine engineered for on-site marking of large and heavy components on the shop floor. Packing a 140x60mm marking window into a compact body, this model is designed to work with both light-duty and heavy-duty peen-cartridge kits (including YH8P) and is especially preferred for applications requiring deep marking.

The machine utilizes high-durability optical sensors developed by the SERMATEK R&D team. A dual linear rail system on the Y-axis enhances chassis rigidity while enabling marking with 0,01mm precision. Built to withstand intensive field use, it features an auxiliary aluminum handle, stainless steel dust protection covers, and an unbreakable ergonomic aluminum grip structure that significantly outlasts plastic alternatives. Dedicated head mountings equipped with a manual Z-axis height adjustment knob facilitate the easy integration of different peen-cartridge kits. All aluminum parts undergo a high-quality anodizing process. Thanks to the standard long-life LED lighting system, marking in dark or nighttime conditions is effortless. Connection to the control unit is provided via a flexible shielded signal/power cable in a standard 5m or optional 10m length.
