Dotpeenator™ R100 Pneumatic Divider Rotary Axis

The Dotpeenator™ R100 Pneumatic Rotary Axis Divider is a high-precision 4th axis (rotary) module designed to integrate with dot-matrix marking machines. It enables permanent radial marking of shafts, pipes, flanges, valves, and all other circular or cylindrical surface parts. Unlike traditional manual chuck dividers, the R100 features an automatic pneumatic clamping and releasing mechanism powered by air pressure. This eliminates the need for the operator to use a chuck wrench with each part change, minimizing part clamping and unclamping times. It significantly reduces cycle time, particularly in high-volume series production lines and contract marking processes, maximizing factory efficiency.
