Dotpeenator™ R80 Rotary Axis Divider

The Dotpeenator™ R80 Rotary Axis is a high-precision rotary 4th axis module specifically designed for permanent and axial marking of cylindrical, circular, or tubular parts. It enables flawless rotary marking of shafts, pipes, flanges, fittings, couplings, and all other round industrial components. Fully compatible with all Dotpeenator™ dot-matrix marking machines, the R80 is equipped with an 80 mm industrial mechanical chuck located on its housing. The device is mounted very quickly and easily into the standard T-slot channels on the cast work tables of desktop marking machines using the included T-nuts and mounting screws. Thanks to its powerful stepper motor and precise transmission mechanism, it operates simultaneously with the Dotpeenator™ control unit and its built-in software. The rotary axis, automatically indexed via the software, prevents skipping during marking and ensures clear and legible results by preventing character overlap.

Optional Features:

It can be enhanced with an optional tailstock or V-shaped support bearing (V-holder) to enable long and heavy shafts or pipeline components to be rotated safely and securely from both ends without oscillation.
