The Dotpeenator™ SA15 Desktop Dot Peen Marking Machine is an industrial benchtop system that combines a standalone control infrastructure, requiring no external computer, with a large marking area optimized for large parts and nameplates. The device's extended 205mm x 105mm working window provides an excellent solution for permanent, one-pass marking without scrolling, especially for machine names, metal name tags, control panels, valves, and large-surface industrial components.
The Linux-based built-in control unit and color touchscreen TFT display offer users a highly practical and easy-to-learn graphical interface based on the "What You See Is What You Get" principle. Its highly rigid body structure, cast table, and dual-spindle supported Z-column ensure smooth and high-precision operation, even in demanding factory and workshop environments. With powerful pneumatic or electric pin technology, it leaves deep, legible, and permanent marks on the surfaces of materials such as steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and hard plastics.
