Thanks to its heavy-duty 6mm diameter pin structure and the high-strength return spring designed specifically for this pin, it produces seamless, deep, and highly aesthetic results, similar to scribing technology, especially on flat metal surfaces.

Designed by SERMATEK engineers, the YH6P is equipped with a special solid carbide pin tip boasting an ultra-high hardness of 83 HRC, unlike the 63 HRC hardness pins offered by its competitors on the market. This pin structure, which can be resharpened at angles of 60, 90, or 120 degrees as needed, exhibits exceptional wear resistance even on high-hardness industrial metals. Instead of standard aluminum counterparts, the cartridge body, manufactured entirely from steel, is precisely ground, sandblasted, and subjected to special coating processes, promising near-zero wear and maximum part life even in the most demanding factory and workshop environments. It is the ideal solution, especially for chassis number, deep part code, and logo marking applications that will undergo painting, coating, or hot-dip galvanizing after manufacturing and must absolutely retain their readability even after these processes.
