The Dotpeenator™ YT188P High Tolerance Pin-Cartridge Set is an extra-high stroke, heavy-duty pneumatic system component designed for permanent marking of industrial parts with high surface roughness, curves, bevels, or stepped surfaces. Thanks to its thick and robust 8 mm diameter needle structure, it automatically tolerates large surface height differences of up to 18 mm on the workpiece without any mechanical or software intervention. It offers uninterrupted marking performance on uneven surfaces where standard needles are insufficient, such as large-diameter pipes, spool lines, rough castings, forged steels, and welded constructions. Even if the distance between the workpiece and the marking head changes, it optimizes the impact force, ensuring flawless character depth and clarity at every point. This unique capability eliminates the need for Z-axis height adjustment when marking parts with variable geometries, minimizing cycle times on production lines.
