The Dotpeenator™ INT94 is an integrable dot-peen marking machine featuring an extremely robust and durable heavy-duty aluminum construction despite its compact dimensions. Thanks to its high-precision, robust micro linear guideways and maintenance-free design, it delivers long-lasting performance. With its intermediate micro brackets, it can be easily mounted onto any automation system or production line.
Providing a 90x40 mm net marking area, the INT94 is equipped with an integrated micro air regulator, LED lighting, stainless steel dust protection covers, and an extra aluminum handle/support arm. Capable of tolerating surface height variations up to 12 mm with high-speed pin cartridge assemblies, and featuring a built-in pin selection button, it delivers precise and powerful marking results even on uneven surfaces. The unit comes ready to use with a 5 m plastic-armored cable and air hose kit.
